  The receptionists and X-ray techs are very very pleasant and sweet. As far as the actual doctors...well let's just say they lack any sort of patient concern or even just basic human kindness for that matter! I visited a few different doctors at this place hoping to find a doctor who would even fake being concerned for their patient and was sorely disappointed! I would rather suffer through my broken foot heeling process alone before I would ever re-visit this travesty on new age medicine again! I have heard similar stories of the lack of basic empathy from the doctors from many other people who were unfortunate enough to visit this establishment! Your doctor should not make you go home and cry all night from sheer rudeness and lack of emotion after already suffering injury! Hence the term; adding insult to injury, absolutely describes these doctors to a T! Stay away if you seek a caring good doctor!!!!

  I really appreciate the kindness and professional staff. The way they explain every exercise and the reason why I am doing it. I feel I had a speedy recovery and a successful surgery. I would recommend Wooster Orthopaedic and Sports Medicine Center.
